Federal and state law require that firearms purchases be made only by individuals 18 years of age or older (21+ in some states). By placing an order, you certify that you meet all applicable age requirements and are not prohibited by law from owning or possessing firearms or ammunition.

3. Federal Firearms License (FFL) Requirements

All firearm purchases must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. You are responsible for locating an FFL dealer willing to accept the transfer and providing accurate FFL information at checkout. XL ARMS is not responsible for transfer fees, delays, or issues arising from the FFL transfer process. Sales of firearms are subject to all federal, state, and local firearms regulations.

4. Prohibited Transactions

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or transaction. Items cannot be shipped to addresses in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law. You agree not to purchase items for resale, illegal use, or to circumvent any federal, state, or local law. Any fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious orders will be cancelled immediately, and law enforcement may be notified.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing is in U.S. dollars and does not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. Payment is processed through Authorize.net and other secure payment processors. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Your payment information is encrypted and secured.

6. Order Acceptance

XL ARMS reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at our sole discretion. We may cancel orders due to inventory availability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or legal restrictions. Orders are not binding until confirmed by us via email. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of XL ARMS or its content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.
