Returns & Refund Policy
Last Updated: January 2026
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation. Special orders, custom products, and items purchased on clearance may have different return windows. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Ammunition, once opened or fired, cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and liability regulations. Used or fired firearms cannot be returned. Items with broken seals, missing components, or signs of use are non-returnable. Hazardous materials and items in violation of state or local law cannot be accepted for return.
3. Firearms Returns
Firearms may only be returned through an FFL dealer. The customer is responsible for arranging transfer to an FFL, and all return shipping must comply with federal firearms regulations. Restocking fees typically apply to firearm returns. Upon inspection, if the firearm shows use or damage, the return may be denied or a restocking fee will be assessed.
4. Defective Products
Products with manufacturer defects are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. Contact us with photos of the defect and proof of purchase, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Warranty claims typically take 2–4 weeks depending on the manufacturer's process.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return shipping instructions. Ship the item prepaid using the carrier and label information we provide. Once received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial within 5–7 business days.
6. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or digital payment account). Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after return approval. Store credit may be available as an alternative. Refund amounts are reduced by restocking fees and applicable deductions where allowed by law.
7. Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs for defective items and manufacturer errors. For customer-initiated returns of non-defective items, the customer pays for return shipping. We provide prepaid return labels for some items; check your RMA instructions for details. Oversized or hazmat items may have additional return shipping restrictions.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or models are processed at the same rate as returns. An exchange can often be faster than a return and refund. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we will provide specific instructions for your product type.
9. Restocking Fees
Restocking fees of 15–20% may apply to non-defective returns, depending on the product category and condition. Firearms, ammunition, and special orders may have higher fees. Defective items and manufacturer errors are not subject to restocking fees.
10. Contact for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Our team will provide an RMA number and detailed instructions for your specific situation.
