Shipping Information
Last Updated: January 2026
1. Firearms Shipping (FFL Required)
All firearm purchases must ship to a licensed FFL dealer; we do not ship firearms directly to individuals. The customer is responsible for providing accurate FFL information at checkout and ensuring the receiving dealer is willing to accept the transfer. All firearms shipments require adult signature on delivery and must comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship orders via major carriers such as UPS and FedEx, using ground or air services depending on the items ordered and destination. Some products may only be eligible for ground shipping due to carrier or hazmat rules. All shipments include tracking, and high‑value orders may require an adult signature at delivery.
3. Processing Times
Most in‑stock orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment and any required documents (such as FFL info) are received and verified. During peak periods, sales, or high order volume, processing may take additional time. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service. Oversized, heavy, or hazmat items may incur additional fees that will be shown before you complete your purchase. Any promotional or free‑shipping offers will be clearly displayed when applicable.
5. Delivery Times
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and typically range from 2–7 business days for standard ground service, depending on your location. Weather, carrier delays, high seasonal volume, and verification requirements (such as FFL issues) can extend delivery times. Tracking updates will provide the most current delivery estimate.
6. Ammunition Shipping
Ammunition ships separately from firearms and must go by ground service due to carrier and hazmat regulations. Adult signature is required at delivery, and we cannot ship ammunition to P.O. boxes. All ammunition shipments must comply with federal, state, and local laws, and some locations may be excluded.
7. State Restrictions
Certain products cannot be shipped to specific states or localities due to magazine capacity limits, “assault weapon” bans, age restrictions, or other regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and follow their local laws before ordering. Orders that cannot be fulfilled because of legal restrictions may be cancelled or modified.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link to view real‑time updates from the carrier. You can also log into your account to review order status and tracking details. If tracking shows an issue or no movement for several days, please contact us for assistance.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives with visible damage, refuse the shipment or note the damage with the driver and contact us immediately. For lost or missing packages, we will open an investigation with the carrier and may file a claim before reshipping or refunding. Please keep all packaging materials and photos of any damage to help expedite the claims process.
10. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship firearms, ammunition, and related regulated products within the United States to eligible locations. International shipping is not available for firearms or ammunition, and export of these items is strictly controlled by federal law. Non‑regulated accessories may be eligible for international shipment in the future, but are currently limited or unavailable depending on destination.
